In certain cases, and within certain limits, a permit fee may be refunded in the following conditions:

1.       Listing Services: If the listing doesn’t appear within 7 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

2.      Premium Listing Services: If the Premium Listing doesn’t appear within 7 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

3.      Banner Display Services: If the banner doesn’t appear within 7 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

4.      Broadcast Services: If the Broadcast doesn’t happen within 15 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

5.      Show-up Services: If the Show-up doesn’t appear within 15 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

6.      Reach-out Services: If the services are not rendered from 60 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

7.      Convergence Services: If the services are not rendered from 60 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

8.      Channel Development Marketing: If the services are not rendered from 60 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

9.      Go-All-Out Services: If the services are not rendered from 60 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

10.   Local Presence Marketing: If the services are not rendered from 60 days from the date of payment and submission of complete data, whichever later.

However, the processing fees processing fee will be retained by the company. State Surcharge and Plan Review fees are deducted separately. If the authorized work has been started, the company may retain an appropriate portion of the permit fee in addition to the processing fee. A full refund will be made if the company is in error.

Submit written explanation of refund request within 180 calendar days of payment of the permit fee.
